Depending on the test ordered, you may need to fast, drink plenty of fluids, or follow specific instructions for urine or stool samples. Always inform our team of any current treatments and adhere to the recommended time for tests requiring sample collection at a specific time of day.
To facilitate your care, it is important to bring your medical prescription, proof of identity, and, if applicable, your insurance or coverage card. These documents allow us to ensure your file is processed quickly and correctly.
Our team performs all sample collection professionally and under strict hygiene conditions. Whether it's for a blood, urine, or stool sample, or a specialized examination, everything is done to guarantee your comfort and safety.
Results are available within timeframes tailored to each type of test. They can be viewed online, sent via secure email, or collected directly from the laboratory.
For a smooth experience, please arrive on time and wear comfortable clothing. If you are coming with a child, an elderly person, or if you are sensitive to blood draws, please inform our team so they can adapt your care accordingly.
